What shipping costs (nothing)

Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase, no membership, no coupon. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus applicable Ohio sales tax at checkout.

We ship to the United States only, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

When your order ships

Orders placed Tuesday through Saturday ship within 1–2 business days. Every device gets a final inspection and a fresh battery-health check before it goes in the box — that's the extra day, and it's worth it.

We ship via FedEx with full tracking. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created, and again when the package is actually scanned by the carrier.

Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment depending on your distance from Marion, Ohio. Most of the Midwest sees 2 days; coasts see 4–5.

Insurance and signature

Every shipment is insured for its full value at our cost. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, you are covered — contact us and we handle the carrier claim ourselves. You get a replacement or full refund; you never wait on FedEx.

Orders over $500 ship with adult signature required. It's a small inconvenience that prevents porch theft on a four-figure laptop. If you won't be home, FedEx lets you redirect to a pickup location with your tracking number.

How we pack

Laptops and desktops ship in double-walled boxes with custom foam or molded inserts — never loose bubble wrap in an oversized box. Accessories ship in padded mailers. If your device came to us in original Apple packaging, it ships to you in that packaging inside an outer box.

Free local pickup — Marion, OH

Skip shipping entirely. Pick up your order at 731 E Center St #200, Marion, OH 43302, Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 7pm. Orders are typically ready the same day; we'll email you when it's ready.

At pickup, Rick walks you through the device, powers it on with you, and answers anything before you leave. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID matching the order name.

Lost, stuck, or damaged packages

Tracking hasn't moved in 3+ days: contact us — we open a trace with FedEx and keep you updated daily.

Arrived damaged: photograph the box and the device before unpacking further, then contact us within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately when one is in stock; the insurance claim is our problem, not yours.

Marked delivered but missing: check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days. We work the claim with FedEx and make it right.
