It depends on the seller. Every Luxury Certified Mac from LuxuriousComputers includes a compatible charger and cable. Many marketplace and big-box "refurbished" listings do not — always confirm before buying, because a genuine Apple charger costs $59–$79 to add later.

Every refurbished Mac we sell ships with a working, compatible USB-C or MagSafe charger and cable so it powers on the moment it arrives. If you want the original genuine Apple brick specifically, ask and we'll tell you what that unit comes with.
Why some sellers skip it
Chargers get separated from machines in trade-ins and bulk lots, so some refurbishers sell the laptop alone to hit a lower headline price. There is nothing wrong with that — just budget $59–$79 for a charger if the listing is laptop-only.
Genuine vs third-party chargers
