At LuxuriousComputers, every refurbished Apple product comes with our 1-Year Warranty and your satisfaction is our priority.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original accessories included.
You must have your order confirmation or receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Warranty Claims

All products include a 1-Year Warranty. If your device develops a defect within the warranty period:

Contact us and we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
