Free Shipping

All orders ship free within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Packaging

All devices are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Each product ships with its included accessories as listed on the product page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value items. APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at (740) 223-5530 or support@luxuriouscomputers.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.
