All products sold on this site are professionally refurbished Apple devices. "Refurbished" means the device has been inspected, tested, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. Cosmetic condition varies by listing and is described in each product page.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Warranty

Every product includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects and hardware failures under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracks)
Water or liquid damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, cosmetic wear)
Software issues or third-party accessories

4. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, usually 3-7 business days.

LuxuriousComputers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
