The Apple Store is 12 minutes away — do the math anyway
Richmond Heights sits right on the I-271/I-90 interchange, which puts the Apple Store at Eton Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere about twelve minutes straight down I-271. So we will not pretend the drive is the problem — the price tag is. A new MacBook Air starts at $1,250 before tax at Eton. Our Luxury Certified M1 Air is $569.99 shipped free to your door off Richmond Road — the same wiped, iCloud-clean, ready-to-set-up machine experience at 25–40% off Apple new pricing, with a 1-year whole-machine warranty and a real person who answers the phone. Twelve minutes is easy. Five hundred dollars is easier.
Why Richmond Heights residents choose us over Apple refurb
Discontinued models, still excellent
Apple refurb only sells what it currently carries. We stock older M-series MacBooks that are still fantastic machines — often the lowest prices anywhere in Cuyahoga County.
We take broken devices in trade
Apple rejects cracked, dead, and liquid-damaged Macs. We buy them for parts value and apply the credit to your new MacBook — even a dead M1 Air is worth $40–$75.
Whole-machine warranty
If anything fails on its own in year one, we make it right — no shipping yours away for a 3-week repair. The warranty covers the whole machine, and it is honored directly by us.
A real person, not a phone tree
Call (740) 223-5530 and Rick usually picks up. He has been doing this since 1991. You get advice from someone who actually knows the hardware, not a script.
What Richmond Heights buyers are picking up
Richmond Heights is small on the map but dense with laptop-carrying people — nurses and staff at UH Richmond Medical Center on Chardon Road, teachers at Richmond Heights Secondary (go Spartans — ask anyone about the basketball banners), pilots and hangar businesses out at Cuyahoga County Airport, the crews and new residents filling in Belle Oaks Marketplace where Richmond Town Square used to stand, and I-271/I-90 commuters working between here and downtown Cleveland. Most Richmond Heights customers ordering from us grab a MacBook Air — the M1 at $569.99 for everyday use (email, browsing, coursework, remote work) or the M2 at $974.99 for heavier workflows like photo editing or running a small business. Anyone doing serious creative or development work leans toward the MacBook Pro 14-inch for the bigger screen and sustained power.
Here are the models Richmond Heights buyers order most:
- MacBook Air 13" M1 — $569.99 — Best value for students, remote workers, and everyday use. 15-hour battery, fanless, 2.8 lbs. View →

Trade in your broken or old Mac

Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy a refurbished MacBook near Richmond Heights, Ohio?
LuxuriousComputers in Marion, OH ships refurbished MacBooks free to Richmond Heights — no minimum order. Every Mac is 25–40% off Apple new pricing with a 1-year whole-machine warranty. Order online or call (740) 223-5530 to speak with Rick directly.
Should I just buy new at the Apple Store at Eton Chagrin Boulevard?
If you want this year's model at full retail, Eton is a quick trip down I-271. But if a lightly-used M-series MacBook does everything you need — and for most people it does — the same errand money buys the laptop and leaves $400–$500 in your pocket. Our M1 Air at $569.99 handles email, school, and remote work as smoothly as the day Apple sold it.
Is a refurbished MacBook as good as new?
Ours are. Every Luxury Certified Mac is fully wiped, iCloud-clean, tested, and backed by a 1-year whole-machine warranty plus 30-day money-back returns. The battery, keyboard, screen, and ports all have to pass before it ships — and if anything fails on its own in year one, we make it right.
Do you buy broken MacBooks from Richmond Heights?
Yes. Cracked screens, dead logic boards, liquid damage — we pay real parts value where Apple pays nothing. Cracked screens typically earn $140–$220 and even a completely dead M1 Air is worth $40–$75. Start a trade-in quote and ship it with a prepaid label.
