Every Luxury Certified Mac comes with our 1-year whole-machine warranty, included free with your purchase. No registration, no fine print, no runaround.

What LuxuryCare Covers

  • Logic board failure — the most expensive repair on any Mac
  • Screen failure — dead pixels, backlight issues, display artifacts
  • Battery failure — unexpected shutdowns, won't hold charge, swelling
  • Keyboard failure — non-responsive keys, sticky keys, ghosting
  • Trackpad failure — click not registering, phantom touches
  • Port failure — USB-C, MagSafe, headphone jack not working
  • Speaker/microphone failure
  • Wi-Fi/Bluetooth hardware failure

What LuxuryCare Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents caused after purchase)
  • Liquid damage caused after purchase
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Software issues (we will help troubleshoot, but software is not a warranty claim)
  • Normal battery wear (capacity below 80% after heavy use is expected)

How It Works

  1. Call us at (740) 223-5530 or email warranty@luxuriouscomputers.com
  2. Describe the issue — we will troubleshoot over the phone first
  3. Ship or bring it in — if it is a hardware failure, we replace the machine. No 3-week mail-in repair.

The warranty is honored directly by us at our Marion, OH location. No Apple Store appointment, no Genius Bar wait, no third-party repair shop.

Why We Do Whole-Machine Warranty

Most refurbished sellers offer 90-day "limited" warranties that cover almost nothing. We give you a full year because we stand behind our inspection process. If our Luxury Certified process missed something, that is on us — not you.
