Not in love with your Mac? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — no restocking fee, no hassle.

How it works

  1. Call (740) 223-5530 or email within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack it up (original box if you have it), drop it off.
  4. Once it arrives and passes a quick inspection, we refund your card in full.

Devices must be in the same condition you received them, free of new damage. That’s it. We’d rather you be happy than stuck.
