Your PC is slow, popped up a scary warning, or just isn’t right. We fix it remotely — today — for $1.

What happens after you pay

  1. Pay $1. That’s the whole charge for this session. No card on file, no subscription.
  2. Text FIX to (740) 223-5530 (or just reply to the text we send you). We answer 7 days a week, 9am–8pm Eastern.
  3. We send you a one-click connect link. You approve it, and you watch the whole session on your own screen. You can end it at any second.
  4. 20–30 minutes later your PC is clean. We walk you through what was wrong before we disconnect.

What the $1 session covers

  • Scam / “virus” popups and browser hijacks removed
  • Junk files, temp files and leftover installers cleared
  • Startup bloat disabled — the #1 cause of a slow boot
  • Rogue toolbars, adware and unwanted “PC cleaner” apps uninstalled
  • Windows and driver updates checked
  • A plain-English report of what we found

If it’s bigger than a $1 fix

Sometimes it’s not software. A failing drive, a deep infection, bad RAM — we tell you during the session, before we touch anything, and quote you a flat price. Full virus & malware removal is $49, a full speed-up tune-up is $39, and diagnostics are always free. You never get a surprise charge, and you never pay more than the $1 unless you say yes first.

Nothing ships

This is a remote service. There is no box, no shipping, and no waiting on a delivery — we connect over the internet. Prefer to hand it to a human? Bring it to 731 E Center St #200, Marion, OH 43302.

Thanks for wuickly killing the popups. Thank you for saving my pictures. The local computer repair shop said $200. I don’t know how you guys are gonna make money on a $1 repair but I have an eye on a MacBook Pro y’all got.
