No Apple Store on the Square — and you do not need one
Medina has one of the prettiest Victorian public squares in Ohio, a candle company that has been burning since 1869, and exactly zero Apple Stores. The nearest one is Summit Mall in Fairlawn — a 20-plus-minute run east on Route 18 for full retail pricing and a Genius Bar appointment you booked three days ago. Skip the trip. We ship refurbished MacBooks at 25–40% off Apple new pricing straight to your door in Medina, free on every order, with a real person who answers the phone. And unlike Apple, we will buy your cracked or dead Mac instead of turning it away.
Why Medina residents choose us over Apple refurb
Discontinued models, still excellent
Apple refurb only sells what it currently carries. We stock older M-series MacBooks that are still fantastic machines — often the lowest prices anywhere in Medina County.
We take broken devices in trade
Apple rejects cracked, dead, and liquid-damaged Macs. We buy them for parts value and apply the credit to your new MacBook — even a dead M1 Air is worth $40–$75.
Whole-machine warranty
If anything fails on its own in year one, we make it right — no shipping yours away for a 3-week repair. The warranty covers the whole machine, and it is honored directly by us.
A real person, not a phone tree
Call (740) 223-5530 and Rick usually picks up. He has been doing this since 1991. You get advice from someone who actually knows the hardware, not a script.
What Medina buyers are picking up
Medina works everywhere — underwriters and claims teams at Westfield in Westfield Center, nurses and techs at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital, food-production planners at Sandridge, students at the Medina County Career Center and commuters finishing degrees at Akron, Kent State, and Cleveland State, plus a small army of I-71 commuters laptopping between the Square and downtown Cleveland every day. Most Medina customers ordering from us grab a MacBook Air — the M1 at $569.99 for everyday use (email, browsing, coursework, remote work) or the M2 at $974.99 for heavier workflows like photo editing or running a small business. Anyone doing serious creative or development work leans toward the MacBook Pro 14-inch for the bigger screen and sustained power.
Here are the models Medina buyers order most:
- MacBook Air 13" M1 — $569.99 — Best value for students, remote workers, and everyday use. 15-hour battery, fanless, 2.8 lbs. View →

Where can I buy a refurbished MacBook near Medina, Ohio?

A Luxury Certified refurbished MacBook goes through a full inspection, professional cleaning, and battery health check. Each one is iCloud-cleared and reset to factory settings before shipping. It works identically to a new MacBook and comes with a 1-year whole-machine warranty — the only difference is the price.
Can I trade in my old or broken MacBook toward a new one?
Yes. Unlike Apple, we accept broken MacBooks — cracked screens, dead logic boards, and liquid damage. We price trades from real parts value and apply the credit directly toward your purchase. Even a dead MacBook Air is typically worth $40–$75 in trade credit.
What warranty comes with a refurbished MacBook from LuxuriousComputers?
Every MacBook comes with a 1-year whole-machine warranty that covers parts failures on their own — screen, battery, logic board, keyboard. It does not cover physical damage like drops, cracks, or water damage caused after purchase. The warranty is honored directly by us, no mail-in required.
