No Apple Store in North Royalton — or anywhere on the Royalton Road corridor
North Royalton is the City of Royal Views — about 31,000 residents on some of the highest ground in Cuyahoga County, stretched along Royalton Road between Strongsville and Broadview Heights. What the city does not have is an Apple Store. SouthPark Mall is ten minutes west on Route 82 and even it does not have one; the nearest is Crocker Park in Westlake, a solid 25-minute drive up I-71 for full retail pricing and a Genius Bar appointment you booked three days ago — at a store that will not touch your cracked or dead Mac. Skip the trip. We ship refurbished MacBooks at 25–40% off Apple new pricing straight to your door in North Royalton — free on every order, with a real person who answers the phone. And unlike Apple, we will buy your broken Mac instead of turning it away.
Why North Royalton residents choose us over Apple refurb
Discontinued models, still excellent
Apple refurb only sells what it currently carries. We stock older M-series MacBooks that are still fantastic machines — often the lowest prices anywhere on Cleveland's southwest side.
We take broken devices in trade
Apple rejects cracked, dead, and liquid-damaged Macs. We buy them for parts value and apply the credit to your new MacBook — even a dead M1 Air is worth $40–$75.
Whole-machine warranty
If anything fails on its own in year one, we make it right — no shipping yours away for a 3-week repair. The warranty covers the whole machine, and it is honored directly by us.
A real person, not a phone tree
Call (740) 223-5530 and Rick usually picks up. He has been doing this since 1991. You get advice from someone who actually knows the hardware, not a script.
What North Royalton buyers are picking up
North Royalton is a bedroom community that runs on laptops. Professionals split the commute two ways — Route 82 west to I-71 through Strongsville or east to I-77 at Broadview Heights — and work the other half of the week from colonials off State Road and York Road. Nurses and clinic staff chart at the Cleveland Clinic Strongsville Family Health and Surgery Center ten minutes west, at UH Broadview Heights next door, or at Southwest General in Middleburg Heights. Teachers across North Royalton City Schools carry gradebooks home from Bears country, and the landscapers, contractors, and small shops along the Royalton Road and York Road corridors run quoting, invoicing, and QuickBooks from a laptop on the truck seat. Add students commuting to Baldwin Wallace in Berea, Tri-C Western Campus in Parma, or Cleveland State downtown, plus summer concert nights on the City Green by the gazebo, and that is a lot of MacBooks. Most North Royalton customers ordering from us grab a MacBook Air — the M1 at $569.99 for everyday use (email, browsing, hybrid-office work) or the M2 at $974.99 for heavier workflows like photo editing or running a small business. Anyone doing serious creative or development work leans toward the MacBook Pro 14-inch for the bigger screen and sustained power.

Trade in your broken or old Mac
Have a MacBook that did not survive the daily commute or the kids' homework shift? Get paid for it. We accept working Macs (usually within 10% of Apple's own trade-in value) and — unlike Apple — we also pay for broken ones: cracked screens earn $140–$220, dead Macs $40–$75, priced from real parts value. Ship it to us with a prepaid label and the credit goes straight toward your next machine.
