How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the continental US. Free on orders over $500.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I pick up in person?

What does "Luxury Certified" mean?

Every Mac goes through our multi-point inspection: full diagnostic, professional cleaning, battery health check, iCloud verification, factory reset, and cosmetic grading. It ships ready to set up with a 1-year whole-machine warranty.

Are refurbished Macs as good as new?

Apple Silicon Macs do not degrade over time. An M2 chip runs at the same speed whether it is brand new or two years old. The only difference is the price — typically 25-40% less than Apple new.

Do they come with a charger?

Yes. Every MacBook includes a compatible MagSafe or USB-C charger.

Warranty & Returns

What does the warranty cover?

Our 1-year whole-machine warranty covers any parts failure under normal use — screen, battery, logic board, keyboard, trackpad, ports. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications. If it fails, we replace the machine.

What is your return policy?

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return the Mac in its original condition for a full refund. See Returns for details.

Do you buy broken Macs?

Yes. Unlike Apple, we accept cracked screens ($140-$220 credit), dead Macs ($40-$75), liquid damage, and more. We price from real parts value. Learn more.
