Solon is used to sitting at the top of lists — best school district in Ohio, safest suburbs in Greater Cleveland, more corporate headquarters per square mile than any city its size in Cuyahoga County. What Solon does not have is an Apple Store. There is no Apple Store in Solon or anywhere along the US-422 corridor — the closest are Apple Eton at Eton Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere and Apple Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, an easy 10–15 minute run up SOM Center Road or I-271. So we are not going to pretend the drive is the problem. The math is the problem. A new MacBook Air starts at $1,250 before tax. Our refurbished M1 MacBook Air is $569.99, carries a one-year whole-machine warranty, and ships free to 44139.
An Apple Store is 15 minutes away — the math is still ours
Plenty of Solon households can absorb a $1,250 laptop. That is not the point. The point is that a 2020 M1 MacBook Air still handles email, Google Docs, Canvas, Zoom, and a dozen Chrome tabs without breaking a sweat — the same jobs a brand-new Air spends 90% of its life doing. Paying full retail for headroom you will never touch is the kind of spend that smart Solon money does not make twice, especially when the second and third laptops in the house are for a middle schooler and a high schooler. Apple's own certified refurbished Airs rarely dip below $759, and stock comes and goes. Ours are $569.99 and $974.99, every day, with the same one-year length of coverage.
Why Solon residents choose us over Apple refurb

- Real inventory, posted prices: no waiting for a specific config to reappear on Apple's refurb page.
- An Ohio business on the phone: call or text (740) 223-5530 and a person in Marion answers — not a queue.
- We take your old Mac off your hands: working or broken, it is worth real credit (more below).
What Solon buyers are picking up
- MacBook Air 13-inch M1 — $569.99: the family workhorse. School portals, streaming, taxes, travel planning. The laptop most households actually need.
- MacBook Air 13-inch M2 — $974.99: the newer design with a bigger, brighter screen — the sweet spot for a Solon High student heading to college.
- Mac mini M2 — $897.99: pair it with any monitor for a home office off Aurora Road that costs less than one month of most Solon mortgages.
- MacBook Pro 14-inch M1 Pro — $899.99: for the CAD-adjacent, video, and heavy-spreadsheet crowd — 16GB RAM and a Liquid Retina XDR display at less than half its original price.

Built for Solon's engineers, teachers, and nurses
This is a town that works in precision. Swagelok's world headquarters anchors the Cochran Road corridor, and Nestlé's Solon campus — home of the Stouffer's operation — is one of the company's largest in North America. Engineers and product-development folks comparing specs can start with our engineering guide, and the hybrid crowd commuting down US-422 a few days a week should read the remote-work guide. Teachers in the top-ranked Solon City Schools — go Comets — get the honest rundown in our teachers guide, parents shopping for a senior have the college guide, and staff at the University Hospitals Solon Health Center on SOM Center Road can see why nurses keep picking the M1 Air in the nurses guide.
Trade in your broken or old Mac
The Intel MacBook in the junk drawer, the one with the cracked screen, the one that will not charge — we buy them. Dead, water-damaged, or just old, get a trade-in quote and put the credit toward an Apple Silicon upgrade. Most quotes take one email with a couple of photos.

How fast is shipping to 44139?
Free shipping, typically 2–3 business days to Solon addresses.
Can I talk to someone before ordering?
Yes — contact us or call (740) 223-5530. You will reach a real person in Marion, Ohio.
