Products & Pricing

All products are refurbished Apple devices, inspected and certified under our Luxury Certified program. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $500. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the continental US. Tracking is provided via email. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Items must be returned in the condition received. See our Return Policy for the full process.

Warranty

Every Luxury Certified device includes a 1-year whole-machine warranty covering parts failures under normal use. Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. See our Warranty Policy for details.

Trade-Ins

Trade-in credits are applied as store credit toward purchases. Quoted values are honored provided the device matches the described condition. We reserve the right to adjust credit if the device arrives in materially different condition than described.

Limitation of Liability

LuxuriousComputers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
